While Dreamland has been temporarily relocated to the tropics I’ve been admiring my prehistoric and jungle-looking surrounds. I’ve also been forced to play with dinosaurs daily by my little dreamer son. So I thought a good way to get us both out of the house and into wild was to mash the two together.
The two of us ventured out into the garden with a bag of plastic dinosaurs and a camera. We braved the heat, the mosquitoes, the spiders and heard some scary movement out in the bush. But I think we got some cute shots of our buddies T-Rex and Triceratops and even a good surfing Spinosaurus shot!
The little one loves taking control of the camera; there’s always some hidden gold on there when he has been running around with it.
And I got to practice my Photoshop skills afterwards; I need A LOT of practice, just something else for me to work on and play around with in the future.
All in all, it was a bit of fun and something good to do with a little one.

Time: 30 minutes of walking around the gardens and then under an hour messing around with the photos on the computer
Difficulty: (1/5) – Maybe it would be higher if I had a better Photoshop knowledge
Satisfaction / Pride Level: (2/5) – Better skills would make for better photos and higher Satisfaction Levels
